Reknt collects and processes the following information on your device:
- Onboarding answers: Postpartum timeframe, C-section status, clearance status, and diastasis recti diagnosis status.
- Workout activity: Completed sessions, streaks, and exercise interactions.
- Measurements: Optional weekly gap measurements (finger widths or centimeters).
- Preferences: Notification time and other app settings.
- Reminder email (optional): If you enter an email for a clearance reminder, it is stored locally on your device.
We do not require accounts, and Reknt does not collect names, addresses, or payment card details.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Personalize your routines and safety guidance
- Track progress, streaks, and measurement history
- Schedule reminders and notifications you request
- Improve the app experience
Data Storage
Your data is stored locally on your device using iOS storage mechanisms. We do not operate servers that store your personal or health data.
If you uninstall the app, all locally stored data is removed. Your device backups, if enabled, are governed by Apple's policies.
Third-Party Services
Reknt uses these third-party services:
- Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous usage events and basic device information to help us improve the app. We do not send your health or measurement data to Firebase.
- RevenueCat: Manages subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat receives purchase events and subscription status. No workout or measurement data is shared with RevenueCat.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or health data with third parties. The only data sent off-device is anonymous analytics and purchase metadata as described above.
Your Choices
- Delete: Uninstall the app to remove all local data.
- Notifications: You can change or disable notifications anytime in iOS Settings.
- Support: If you contact us, we will only use your email to respond to your request.
Children's Privacy
Reknt is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years of age.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date.
