Is my data private?
Yes. Your postpartum recovery data stays on your device. We do not store your personal or health data on our servers. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Reknt. Your access stays active until the end of your billing period.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Reknt, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
What if I am not cleared to exercise?
Reknt will guide you to wait until you are cleared by a healthcare professional. If you are experiencing pain, heavy bleeding, fever, or pelvic pressure, stop and seek medical care.
How do I track my gap measurements?
Reknt includes a weekly measurement tracker with guided instructions. You can log finger widths or centimeters at three points around the navel.
