By downloading, installing, or using Reknt, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Reknt provides short, guided postpartum core recovery routines, measurement tracking, and wellness guidance intended to support diastasis recti recovery and pelvic floor awareness.
Medical Disclaimer
You should not rely on Reknt for medical decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, especially postpartum.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Reknt. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
Safety and Clearance
You are responsible for ensuring you are cleared by a healthcare professional before starting postpartum exercises. Reknt includes safety screening and guidance, but it does not replace medical advice.
Subscriptions and Billing
Reknt offers a free trial and paid subscriptions:
- Free trial: 3 days, then auto-renews.
- Monthly: $12.99 per month.
- Annual: $79.99 per year.
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the App Store prior to purchase. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
User Responsibilities
When using Reknt, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when requested
- Use the App in compliance with applicable laws
- Not misuse or attempt to reverse engineer the App
- Stop any activity that causes pain, pressure, doming, or discomfort
Intellectual Property
Reknt and all its contents, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Third-Party Services
Reknt uses third-party services such as Firebase Analytics and RevenueCat. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Reknt is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Results from the App will meet your expectations
- Any errors in the App will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Reknt.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Reknt if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
